Worldwide Shipping
We ship to most countries globally from our logistics centre in Asia.
Fast Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Tracked & Insured
All shipments include tracking and are insured against loss or transit damage.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after full payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our logistics centre in Asia.
2. Shipping Carriers
We partner with leading international courier and postal services to ensure reliable delivery worldwide. Carriers used include, but are not limited to:
- DHL Express
- FedEx International
- UPS
- EMS (Express Mail Service)
- Other registered postal and courier services depending on destination.
The carrier is selected based on destination, parcel weight, and service availability. If you have a preference for a specific carrier, please contact us before placing your order and we will accommodate where possible.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates from the dispatch date and vary by destination. Transit times do not include weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, total parcel weight, and chosen shipping method. For large bulk orders, we may negotiate shipping rates on a per-order basis — contact us at support@watchesdistribution.com for a tailored shipping quote.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on applicable rates before placing your order. WatchesDistribution.com cannot be held responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by authorities.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also log in to your account and view the tracking status under Order History. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of dispatch, please contact support@watchesdistribution.com.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
All shipments are insured. In the event your parcel is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Please retain all original packaging and take photographs of any damage before opening the parcel further, as these will be required for the insurance claim. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter, offering either a replacement shipment or full refund as appropriate.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to countries subject to international trade sanctions or export control restrictions. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for courier services; please provide a full street address at checkout. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
